The LandPaKT-Game
Games as option for knowledge transfer
The knowledge transfer into praxis is always challenging. Besides classical ways like conferences or demonstration days and print media like brochures or journal articles, increasingly games are being developed
From the early beginning members of the Leibniz Graduate School LandPaKT tried to make their findings available to a broader public. Therefore they invented a game which was already presented on several events.
The goal and scope of the game:
As a farmer, you would like to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions from your farm activities. Hence, you decide to implement five measures out of a catalogue depending on your financial possibilities. The farmer with the biggest overall mitigation effect wins.
Number of players: 1-2
Duration: approx. 25 min.
